We currently offer shipping of all of our products using Canada Post. We do use other methods of shipping from time to time especially if we can pass on additional savings to our customers.

We accept returns only for product that is defective or for custom orders not provided as you have ordered.  If you have received a defective item or have received your custom order and it has not been screened correctly, please let us know immediately.  We will gladly pick up the costs to return your item(s) and re-ship the correct item(s).
